Mediation and Arbitration
Mediation is a process in which people work together, with the help of a trained mediator, to resolve the issues that have brought them into (or back into) the court process. Mediation is also for those who want to solve problems without filing a court action. Anne has been a professional mediator for over 25 years and has conducted in excess of 6,500 mediations (with more than 13,000 litigants), including contract, construction, intellectual property, entertainment, guardianship, probate, real property, and business disputes, as well as divorce and child-related issues.
Anne has been a qualified arbitrator for over 15 years and conducts non-binding court-ordered arbitrations for those who wish speedy and effective resolution of their legal issues through arbitration.
